The STD Direct Flow Chip kit allows simultaneous detection of 12 pathogens ( Chlamydia trachomatis (serovares A-K), Chlamydia trachomatis (serovares L1-L3), Haemophilus ducreyi, Herpesvirus simple 1, Herpesvirus simple 2, Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Treponema pale, Trichomonas vaginalis and Ureaplasma (urealytic/small).

Also detects the human beta globin gene, as internal control of the quality of the starting and amplification material.
