MTBC-NTM Real Time PCR Kit is a multiplex real-time PCR-based assay that detects and differentiates Mycobacterium spp., the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex and the Mycobacterium tuberculosis species. The kit incorporates an internal human β-globin control to verify the quality of the starting material and correct amplification.
With an analytical sensitivity of 5 copies/reaction, high analytical specificity without cross-reactions with the respiratory microorganisms evaluated and compatibility with validated Real-Time PCR thermal cyclers, offers a precise solution, sensitive and reproducible for the molecular diagnosis of mycobacteria.
